My favorite work so far (and a few others) 1/19/11 Brynn Moody

Overall, although I enjoy computer programming, and video game production, my favorite area, and the one I am most experienced in is film/video.
The work I'm most proud of so far, is probably the first film I ever made, entitled "Bloodshot". It's not the most amazing short film, but it was the first time I had made anything substantial, and the first time I had even touched special effects makeup.
I did everything for this film, including writing, storyboarding, filming, and all the editing. I was using a simple version of imovie, but through going deeper into the program and using the tools it provided in different ways I was able to alter my film in a way that imovie manuals don't provide.

I would load my film onto the blog, however, being my oldest, it's data resides on an old macbook in Denver, CO. I do have a dvd of it with me, which I tried to load into my current computer, but it caused my computer to crash.

I have the DVD available if it is needed, otherwise, I have provided stills from some of my other projects, in which I had the same input and involvement as with "Bloodshot"

The stills containing the cockroach are "Nuking Love" where everything else, including the newsreel footage stills are "The Masque of Red Death".
I acquired the Newsreel footage by sending in a formal request to a local news station, and later after talking with them, and recieving the footage, I reformatted it for my laptop, and the program I was using, which at that time was iMovie. I then proceeded to edit, and tweak it until it fit the my needs for the film.
